1.Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "ah444," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the ah444 platform accessible at ah444.cam and any associated sub-domains or applications.
• "Platform" means the ah444 website, mobile application, software, and all games, betting services, and features offered therein.
• "User," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the ah444 Platform.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User in accordance with these Terms.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User into their ah444 Account using any accepted payment method.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds credited to a User's Account by ah444 under the terms of a specific promotion.
• "Wager" means any bet or game stake placed by a User using their Real Money Balance or Bonus Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by ah444 before certain account actions are permitted.

2.Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account, accessing the Platform, or placing any Wager on ah444, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with all policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to:

• Any specific promotion or bonus terms disclosed at the time of a promotional offer

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all Users of the ah444 Platform regardless of the device, browser, or method of access used.

3.Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on ah444, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform;
• Be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of ah444 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers;
• Not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded Account with ah444 that has not been reinstated by ah444 through its official reinstatement process;
• Not be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or other legal restriction prohibiting your participation in online gambling.

ah444 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

4.Account Registration & Verification

4.1 Registration

To access real-money features on ah444, you are required to register an Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, nationality, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on ah444. Registering multiple Accounts — whether in your own name or using different identity documents — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. ah444 employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate Accounts will be immediately suspended, any associated balances (including winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

4.3 KYC Verification

ah444 is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and in other circumstances as determined by ah444's compliance team. KYC verification may require you to submit:

• A valid government-issued photo identification (Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS or UMID card);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government document issued within the past three months);
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or Maya account showing your name and number);
• A selfie photograph or video as directed by the verification process.

ah444 reserves the right to request additional documents and to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time and without prior notice.

4.4 Account Currency

All Accounts on ah444 are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) by default. Where USDT TRC20 is used as a deposit method, the equivalent PHP value at the time of deposit confirmation is credited to your Account balance.

5.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ah444 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. ah444 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any unsolicited communication purporting to be from ah444 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as a phishing attempt.

You must notify ah444 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, believe your credentials have been compromised, or notice any Account activity that you did not initiate.

ah444 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials, your use of public or shared devices without logging out, or your disclosure of credentials to third parties.

6.Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ah444 currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without notice. Users will be informed of any changes via the Platform.

6.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum deposit on ah444 is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum deposit amounts for other methods may vary. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by ah444, though payment providers may impose their own limits. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ah444 reserves the right to reject deposits from third-party accounts.

6.3 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible (the same-source rule);
• Where bonus funds are present in your Account, applicable wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn;
• ah444 reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing time;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal amounts below this threshold will not be processed.

6.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

ah444 targets the following withdrawal processing times: GCash and Maya — typically under 10 minutes; bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — same business day; USDT TRC20 — subject to blockchain network conditions. These are target timeframes, not guarantees. Processing may be delayed by compliance reviews, payment provider issues, or circumstances beyond ah444's control.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

ah444 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. All transactions are subject to monitoring. Suspicious transaction patterns may result in Account suspension, withholding of funds, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Players may not deposit funds derived from illegal activity on ah444.

7.Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

ah444 offers various promotions to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time the offer is presented, as well as these general bonus conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses credited to your ah444 Account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any funds derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible, verified ah444 accounts only. ah444 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus, use of VPNs to claim geo-restricted offers, and any other attempt to fraudulently obtain promotional credits constitutes bonus abuse and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-derived funds.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on ah444 have an expiry date, which will be specified in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that are not wagered the required number of times before expiry will be automatically removed from your Account balance without notice.

7.5 Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus

Unless otherwise stated, winnings derived from a bonus balance may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. The applicable cap, if any, will be stated in the individual promotion terms. ah444 reserves the right to limit or void winnings from bonus play where evidence of systematic exploitation of bonus terms is detected.

8.Gameplay Rules

8.1 Game Availability

ah444 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game or service from the Platform at any time without prior notice. Game availability may vary by jurisdiction, device, or account status.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity issue that affects gameplay, ah444 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return the original stake to the User's Account. ah444 shall not be liable for losses arising from technical issues outside its direct control, including internet connectivity problems on the User's side.

8.3 Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets on ah444. Limits are displayed within the game interface or betting market before a wager is placed. ah444 reserves the right to apply account-level bet limits to any User at its sole discretion.

8.4 Game Results

The results of all games and sports events on ah444 are final once confirmed by the Platform. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical play observed on stream. Sports betting outcomes are determined by the result of the relevant event according to the official governing body's ruling. Slot and instant game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems.

9.Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ah444. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Any form of bonus abuse, including opening accounts specifically to claim welcome bonuses, wagering in patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinating with other Users to do so;
• Collusion with other players in any game or betting market on ah444;
• Use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in any way not sanctioned by ah444;
• Match-fixing, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Facilitating access to the Platform by a person under 21 years of age;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on the ah444 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, user interface design, logos, trademarks, text, game content, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of ah444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any Platform content.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform content without the prior written consent of ah444.

11.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ah444 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Platform;
• Losses arising from circumstances beyond ah444's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, acts of government, or third-party service provider failures;
• Any technical malfunction, system error, or data corruption that affects gameplay or Account information, where ah444 has taken reasonable steps to maintain Platform reliability;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ah444's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Where ah444's liability cannot be fully excluded, our aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the date on which the claim arose.

12.Responsible Gaming

ah444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Users. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a suite of tools to help you manage your gaming activity.

12.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all verified ah444 account holders, free of charge, from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when applied and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period as specified at the time of the change.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over a defined period to control your overall spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable automatic reminders at 30, 60, or 90-minute intervals to prompt awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a short break from gambling by applying a cool-down period of 1 day, 1 week, or any custom duration up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily self-exclude your Account. Exclusions for defined periods (1 month to 5 years) or permanent exclusion are available. Excluded accounts cannot be reinstated during the chosen exclusion period.

12.2 Age Verification

ah444 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. If we have reason to believe that a User may be under 21 years of age, we will immediately suspend the Account and require satisfactory proof of age before reinstating access.

13.Account Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by ah444

ah444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal instruction from a payment provider;
• A legal obligation, regulatory requirement, or court order requiring suspension or closure.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation, ah444 will notify the Account holder and complete its review within a reasonable timeframe. Funds in a suspended Account are preserved pending the outcome of the review, unless they are determined to have been obtained fraudulently.

13.2 Closure by the User

You may request closure of your ah444 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable bonus restrictions) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

14.Privacy & Data

ah444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15.Amendments to Terms

Your continued use of the ah444 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the amended Terms take effect.

16.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the ah444 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or tribunals located in the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal process, Users agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ah444 support. ah444 will endeavour to respond to and resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
